You may save time by registering yourself online. You will receive a confirmation email when your registration is complete.
Receipt of your registration will be considered confirmation that you agree to adhere to our Conference and Workshop Policies as stated in this document.
If your name does not appear on the attendance list upon arrival at the event we will assume that you did not complete your registration. You must fill out a registration form before you will be seated unless you can show us a registration confirmation. If the event is full you will not be able to attend. We recommend that you take your printed confirmation of registration to the event in order to avoid any misunderstandings.
We do not take registrations over the phone.
Payment is appreciated prior to the conference or workshop. Checks, money orders, and credit card information may be mailed to Syntiro, 11 South Road, Readfield, ME 04355. Paper registrations may be mailed, or faxed to 207 226-2300.
Please note that mailed and faxed registrations take longer to process and could hurt your chances of getting into an event that has limited registrations.
You will be responsible for payment in the event that we do not receive payment from your employer. Receipt of your registration will be considered confirmation that you have permission to attend the event (if needed).
If WE need to cancel an event, for any reason, we will refund all of your money. We will notify you by email and by phone, using the information that you have provided with your registration, if the event is cancelled.
If you choose to cancel your registration after the 72 hours, for whatever reason, you will receive a credit toward another event, minus the nonrefundable fee of 20%. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations closer than 72 hours prior to the start of the event.
We do not accept cancellations by phone. We will continue to accept substitutions at any of our events. If you are sending someone in your place please be sure that they take printed confirmation of your registration with them.
Walk-ins will still be accepted. For events with a limited number of participants we recommend that you call the Syntiro office to see if there is still space available. There will be a late registration fee of $10.00 added to the event fee. If you are taking a check as payment please be sure that the late registration fee is reflected in the amount.
Wait List Policy:
You will be notified if you are on a workshop or conference wait list and a seat opens up. You will not have to pay a late fee but you will be expected to adhere to all other conference and workshop policies.
